In short

Courtside Owners has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms. We do not ask for your name or email, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Cookies and analytics

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures how the site is used overall: pages viewed, time on page, device type and approximate country or city. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which last up to 2 years. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Cookie-free visit statistics: our hosting platform counts visits with a small script that sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites (page viewed, referring site, device type, approximate country). We only look at these as totals.
• Theme setting: if you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser (local storage, key cc-theme). It never leaves your device.

Other services

Fonts and almost all images are served from our own domain. If a team logo cannot be loaded from our server, your browser may load it from the NBA's public logo server (cdn.nba.com), which then receives your IP address like any web request.

Server logs

Like any website, our server records technical information (IP address, date, page requested, browser) for security and to fix errors. These logs are deleted after a short period.

Emails

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU or UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to contact@courtsideowners.com. The site is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change how the site uses data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
